Assembly Republican Leader Mike Villines to be Special Guest Speaker at the 20th Central California Business Expo on August 8, 2008

Fresno, CA - June 23, 2008 - The Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that Assembly Republican Leader Mike Villines will be a special guest speaker at the 20th Central California Business Expo on August 8, 2008 at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center.

"Mike Villines has been a strong amigo to the chamber and we greatly appreciate it. The valley has a motivated individual who understands business in the California Assembly. We are happy that he has accepted our invitation." said Eligio Nava President of the Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Executive Director John Hernandez received confirmation from Assemblyman Villines at Legislative Day 2008 of the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce in Sacramento last Tuesday. The Assemblyman was a guest of the State Chamber. "The Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has had a long tradition of great speakers and this year is no different. I am happy to announce that Assemblyman Villines will be a special guest speaker at the 20th Central California Business Expo on August 8th at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Downtown Fresno." said John Hernandez Executive Director.

The Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will have additional announcements surrounding the 20th Central California Business Expo in the coming weeks.

About Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
In the fall of 1983, a small group of local Hispanic business people and community leaders identified a need for a Hispanic business organization that would assist small businesses to prosper. To put an agenda in motion, these local leaders developed strong ties to the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce. Together they worked diligently to build the foundation for a Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and to gain the support of the local business community. Today the CCHCC is the largest Hispanic Business Organization in the region with a membership of 670.

This event is the crown jewel of the chamber. We honor the businessman of the year at this event and it serves as a high profile for great speakers, educational workshops and a fantastic trade fair. It is the largest Hispanic Business event in the valley. August 8th at the Radisson Hotel 9am-3pm - All Day Attendance 2,000 - 500 for lunch
